Hello all, I have operated using helden.co.uk for a number of years. When my website was initially registered by my webhost (121ukhosting), he registered in his (and not my) name. 121 were bought out by ukhost4u but they were unaware that the domains registered by 121 were in the name of Ian Beard. When it was up for renewal this time, Nominet (the UK regulator) tried to contact him and, as he was unavailable, I lost my domain name. I tried to re-register within hours of it being made available, only to find that some Polish company had taken the domain (or so their WHOIS registered address would have me believe but they may be in Brazil looking at their email addresses). I am intrigued why they should choose helden and also why they should use a co.uk address when they are not in the United Kingdom. I notice a lot of nonsense has been uploaded to helden.co.uk. I could take the issue to the courts but the new owners have done nothing wrong. It feel it was easier just to register a new domain name. So Helden is still there but it is now at www.helden.org.ukKeith
